Application Process

1. Find the property you want to apply for and hit Apply Now.
2. Fill out the application and provide payment.
3. Make sure to use separate email accounts if you are applying with someone else.
4. After we receive your application, we will start processing it.
5. You will need to provide two months of your most current pay stubs either by fax or email.
6. Please make sure to fill out accurate contact information on the application for your most current landlord as we will need to contact them to complete a verification.                      

In most cases we will have an application completely processed within one business day as long as we receive all the proper required documentation.
